Manager of Investment Relations
A fully integrated real estate investment company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
It is looking to expand its capital markets investment mandate to raise external capital and setup an
investment fund after several years of highly successful results
We are currently looking for The Manager, Investor Relations will be part of a dynamic team, provide day-to-day support and will report directly to the CFO. Additionally, the Manager will contribute to various functions within our Finance team. If you are passionate about delivering first-class service to investors and have an interest

Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup of a new Investment Fund within Pacific Reach, including support in obtaining
- EMD license and accredited Dealing Representative and Advising Representative status.
- Act as the Dealing Representative under an EMD license, including performing KYC
- responsibilities.
- Prepare financial reporting, investor statement and other miscellaneous documents to key
- stakeholders
- Act as point of contact for investors
- Coordinate and perform special projects as requested
Required Qualification and Skills
- Mandatory: Minimum 1-year experience in investment fund/private equity sectors and/or investor
- service firms
- Prefer: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and/or Exempt Market Dealer Course
- Prefer: Currently registered as a Dealing Representative with CIRO
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting with CPA designation, Finance or a related field
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex
- investment concepts to investors
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the public securities markets
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
